Our in-house Creative and Marketing teams support this community with strategic creative across digital, retail and video that helps practices thrive and the wider group continue to grow.
We’re now looking for a Mid-weight Creative to join the team.
The role is for someone who cares about craft, enjoys shaping ideas and wants to be part of a passionate team that's developing to support the wider business vision. You’ll work across a mix of projects, from marketing campaigns and brand work, through to large-scale events, internal initiatives, and creative content for Hakim Group.
You’ll also be joining a team that's evolving, refining how we work and raising the bar for the creative we deliver. We’re looking for someone who’s excited by that journey and wants to help push our work forward
The Role
As our Mid-weight Graphic Designer, you’ll work across a broad range of projects, helping develop ideas, craft visual solutions, and bring considered creative thinking to briefs that range from everyday marketing needs to larger brand and campaign work.
You'll get involved in:
* Brand development and managing brand consistency
* Campaign ideation and execution
* Large-scale HG event ideas and visual storytelling
* Collaborating with Marketing, digital and video teams
* Development of video content and narratives
* Support across social
What we're looking for
First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who cares about the work they do. Someone who understands the value of thoughtful ideas that engage customers, while being passionate about developing their own creative ability.
You'll be someone who:
* Comfortably turns considered ideas into clear, well-crafted solutions
* Enjoys working collaboratively with other creative teams
* Curious and open to creative exploration
* Is as solid and familiar with print as they are with digital content
* High level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* Organised and comfortable working across multiple creative projects
* Has excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of design craft
* Clear and confident communication skills
Experience working alongside video teams would be a bonus, although not essential. What really matters is a willingness to explore ideas and bring them to life in a way that engages.
