Part-time: 15 hours per week (0.405fte)
Salary range: £26,707 to £28,031 pro rata; £10,827 to £11,363 per annum
About this role
We are currently seeking an experienced part time administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. This role will predominantly be based at the Bognor Regis campus. One of the key focuses of this role is to co-ordinate degree apprentice support with reporting, organisation of induction activities for new apprentices, and providing essential academic‑year information to stakeholders. You will also assist with the allocation and monitoring of progress‑review tutors, ensuring reviews are completed on time. Faculty Administrators provide efficient, effective and professional administrative support to students, staff and other stakeholders, working collaboratively to enhance administrative processes and the student and staff experience.
About you
You will have a good general education to A level or above or equivalent, relevant work experience. You will need good interpersonal and communication skills, a professional manner and the ability to build relationships and respect confidentiality. You will need to be approachable, adaptable and conscientious with a strong student focus. Previous administrative experience in a busy multi-tasking environment is essential.
