Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Amenity Groundworker to join our team in Mablethorpe. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are safe, attractive, and well-kept for caravan owners. This position offers an opportunity to apply your skills in a working environment, alongside a small team of individuals. Applicants must be 25 and over.
Responsibilities
* Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting flowers, and weed control to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy.
* Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various groundskeeping activities.
* Assist with general on site duties including moving and siting caravans.
* Support the installation of new features and improvements as directed by supervisors, including slab laying and concrete base preparation.
* Occasional weekend work.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred, however not essential.
* Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment.
* Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
* Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards maintenance duties.
* A clean driving license is essential.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
