Overview
Were on the lookout for a Business Support Officer to join our busy, friendly school office. This role is ideal for someone with strong business administration skills who enjoys being organised, juggling a variety of tasks and working as part of a supportive team. Youll be the welcoming face and voice of our school office, supporting staff, families and visitors while also keeping our systems and records in good order.
What Youll Be Doing
* Providing general administrative and clerical support from word processing and filing to distributing mail
* Maintaining and updating manual and computerised records, including pupil data and attendance
* Welcoming visitors, answering phones and responding to queries in a friendly, professional manner
* Helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes

* Discretion and confidentiality at all times
Desirable Experience
* Experience with systems like SIMS/Arbor is a bonus
* Working within a school environment
