Are you a confident, results-driven recruiter looking for your next opportunity in the permanent recruitment space? We're expanding our FM & Maintenance team and are on the lookout for a motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant to join us in our Exeter office.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a warm desk, working within a high-demand sector with huge growth potential.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process - from winning new business to placing top-tier candidates in permanent FM & Maintenance roles
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships across the South West and beyond
* Developing your own desk with full autonomy and the backing of an experienced, supportive team
* Sourcing, screening and managing candidates throughout the recruitment journey
🌟 What We're Looking For:
* 360 recruitment experience (FM & Maintenance experience is a bonus, but not essential)
* A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A team player with ambition, resilience, and drive to succeed
Based in Exeter:
Enjoy working from our centrally located Exeter office, with flexibility and hybrid working options available depending on experience.
