Key Responsibilities
7. Lead, Drive and Coordinate sales within this department
8. Manage departmental profitability
9. Develop and deliver parts marketing plans
10. Maintain consistent internal processes (ordering, receiving, selling, returns)
11. Represent the company at events and product demonstrations
12. Ensure high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
13. Experience in machinery parts management preferred, but not essential
14. Previous supervisory or management experience helpful
15. Excellent customer service and communication skills
16. Strong IT, CRM, Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
17. Full UK Driving License
18. High attention to detail, numeracy, and organisational skills
19. Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
20. Ability to work independently and take initiative
21. Comfortable working extended hours when necessary
