One Life Hartlepool PCN has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our PCN team.
We are a group of three practices working together in the charming port town of Hartlepool, with a vision to achieve continued excellent patient care, led with compassion and a whole-person approach. One Life PCN is made up of approximately 36,000 patients and works from a purpose-built building in the centre of Hartlepool.
Our PCN practices include training and teaching practices, and we host and mentor GP Registrars, Foundation Doctors and Medical Students. We are supportive of newly qualified GPs and those requiring a Tier 2 Visa.
You will be supported by partners and salaried GPs. The three PCN practices have a diverse team of Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, a Health Care Assistant, PCN Pharmacists, a Mental Health Practitioner, First Contact Physiotherapy, Social Prescribers, a Care Coordinator and Health & Wellbeing Coaches.
As a key member of the PCN team, the successful candidate will manage a caseload, dealing with a wide range of presenting health care needs in a primary care setting, working across all three GP practices.
Key Skills, Qualifications
* Registered GP with the GMC
* Possess the right to work in the UK, included on performers list
* Desire to make an active contribution towards the continuing success of the PCN
* Strong commitment to development in General Practice
