I am delighted to be working with a Finance Business near Milton Keynes, who due to a continued period of success are now looking to expand their desk based sales team. To enable them to support the growth in this department they are looking for an experienced Team Leader or Sales Manager who has proven experience in supporting, training, recruiting and managing a team of Telesales Agents/Executives.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organised individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with business customers.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
* Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
* Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications
* 3+ years' of B2B Sales Management experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
