FLT Driver | Full time - Nights | Site Based | Burton on Trent, DE14 2SY Join us as our FLT Driver within our Burton-upon-Trent Palletforce Site. In this role you will report to the warehouse manager ensuring loads are loaded to leave on time and are in line with H&S Requirements. THE ROLE: Join us as our FLT Driver on the NIGHT SHIFT within our Burton-upon-Trent Palletforce Site. THE SALARY: Salary range is £29,066.30 - £31,317.86 depending on grade. ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES: £128.75 weekly attendance bonus Christmas bonus KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Carrying out general day to day duties - including but not limited to: Ensuring vehicles are loaded correctly and able to meet the customer requirements of delivery on time. Loading and unloading trunk vehicles for our network. Loading vehicles for general loads. Ensuring customers pallets are handled correctly. Ensuring warehouse is kept clean and tidy in line with H&S OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Qualifications. A Level 2 in English & Maths. Valid Counterbalance Forklift license. Experience. Warehouse experience preferred in a busy transport environment but not essential Communication. Have an excellent understanding for Health and Safety as an FLT Driver. Influence & Persuasion. Excellent communication skills People & Self Development. You will be highly organised with good attention to detail, good at prioritising tasks and great team player. You will have the ability to stay calm under pressure and a methodical and thorough approach to work.
