HIRING: TikTok-Obsessed Creative Assistant (Part-Time/Freelance)

Asandra Studios is looking for a part-time content editor / creative assistant to help build the personality of the brand online, not through trends, but through storytelling that actually connects & being the leaders to creating "trends"
We're not just looking for someone who can make content, we're looking for someone who sees the platform as a branding tool to turn a brand story into something meaningful and provides an all-access insider pass to the behind the scenes for the audience.
If you:
* Think in TikTok storylines, text overlays, and fun hooks
* Can make edits & content that actually hold attention
* Love building a two-way relationship with followers & community building
* Are full of initiative and have a clear creative POV
* Willing to lead with direction & become the organised, yet creative member who takes control of every given content opportunity.
* Obsessed with TikTok, editing Reels, and finding the humour and heart in everyday moments
* Sharp at interactions with captions & comments
* Someone who brings direction, not just ideas, you know how to execute and evolve
* Comfortable showing up on camera or directing someone else who is
* Full of initiative and genuinely excited to build a brand with personality
* Obsessed with mid-luxury fashion!
You’ll be working directly with me (the founder) to bring Asandra Studios to life online, creating TikToks that show the behind-the-scenes, founder voice, try-ons, product drops, and makes the customer feel like they work with us!
Must be willing to commute to London or Hertfordshire
This role is for someone who wants to help shape the brand behind and in front the camera and make content that turns viewers into obsessed customers.
