Reward Analyst required by prestigious London governing body on 12-18 Month FTC
My client is transforming the way they reward, recognize, and retain their people — and we want you to help make it happen.
As part of a new programme, they are building a modern, transparent and competitive approach to pay and grading across the organisation. We’re looking for a Reward Analyst with the analytical mindset, curiosity, and reward expertise to help them get there.
In this role, you’ll:
* Provide key data and insight to support reward transformation across the organisation
* Assist with benchmarking, pay reviews, and job evaluation
* Help embed a new reward framework — including job families, clusters, and grading ladders
* Be the go-to for reward-related data and impact analysis
* Support business-wide change and help teams understand their opportunities for progression
What you’ll bring:
* Strong reward analysis and compensation experience
* Expertise in benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies
* A sharp eye for data with the ability to translate insights into action
* Experience supporting or delivering reward transformation
* Great communication skills to support business leaders and HR partners
