Child and Young Person (Youth) Worker – Supported Accommodation
Join to apply for the Child and Young Person (Youth) Worker – Supported Accommodation role at Creative Living Care.
We know housing is one of the biggest challenges young people leaving care face, and too often they are placed in unsuitable accommodation with little choice. We do things differently. We listen to our young people, act on their feedback, and provide stable, nurturing homes that give them the best chance of a positive future.
If you’re passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a service that genuinely puts young people first — this could be the role for you.

We are looking for motivated and compassionate Youth Workers to join our supported accommodation team. You will work on a 1:1 basis with young people living semi-independently to help them build the life skills they need to move on from local authority care and into independent adulthood.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a wider supportive team, but often work alone supporting young people in their own homes. You will be a positive role model, helping them build confidence, resilience and healthy routines.

* Supporting with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, shopping, budgeting)
* Encouraging engagement with education, training or employment
* Supporting with appointments, family contact and community activities
* Offering emotional support and promoting positive wellbeing
