We supply glass packaging to the Aromatherapy, Cosmetic, Food, Home Fragrance & Beverage markets, catering for everyone from the small hobbyist to large multi-national companies.

The E-commerce Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager is responsible for owning and leading the fulfilment department, ensuring efficient, accurate, and scalable operations across picking, packing, shipping, and returns. The role combines day-to-day operational leadership with accountability for implementing new processes, driving automation, and leading projects to build a high-performing, future-ready fulfilment function.
Responsibilities
· Provide leadership, direction, and daily management of the fulfilment team to meet operational targets
· Own and optimise fulfilment operations, ensuring smooth workflow and no backlogs or delays
· Develop and embed SOPs and process controls to create a highly efficient and consistent operation
· Drive KPI performance (quality, productivity, on-time delivery, cost) through data analysis and continuous improvement
· Proactively introduce and implement new ideas, tools, and processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience
· Partner cross-functionally (customer service, procurement, senior management) to align fulfilment with wider business goals
· Ensure strong workforce planning, training, and accountability across permanent and temporary staff
· Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
· Proven experience managing warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics operations, ideally in an e-commerce environment
· Demonstrated success in process control, and implementing operational improvements
· Strong leadership and people-management skills: motivating, coaching, and holding teams accountable
· Analytical and data-driven, with experience monitoring KPIs and generating reports
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with inventory/order management systems (Business Central preferred)
· Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
