We’re seeking a talented Experience Designer on a 9 month FTC to deliver impactful, end-to-end design solutions across a range of squads and products. You’ll support both complex design challenges and tactical briefs‑shaping product and service experiences that drive measurable value for users and the business.
As a cross‑functional, full‑stack designer, you’ll create innovative, user‑centred experiences by blending UX, UI, content, research and service design. Your work will help elevate the overall quality of design while validating ideas through evidence‑based design thinking and testing.
You’ll champion collaboration, uphold design best practices and support governance standards – contributing to a strong, consistent design approach across teams. As part of a growing design team, you’ll also play a pivotal role in building a positive, high‑performing culture where continuous improvement and shared success are at the heart of how we work.

 * Delivering UX and UI design assets with clarity, usability and regulatory compliance in mind
 * Translating product requirements and user insight into wireframes, flows and interface designs
 * Collaborating with researchers to test and validate designs
 * Writing UX copy and contributing to content patterns
 * Participating in QA and implementation reviews with developers
 * Presenting and iterating on work in cross‑functional reviews and design critiques
 * Developing working knowledge of accessibility, platform guidelines and performance metrics
 * Maintaining design standards and executing best practices
 * Actively contributing to team ceremonies and shaping the team culture
About you
 * Experience in digital or product design with a solid portfolio of impactful work
 * End‑to‑end design experience including UX, interaction, microcopy and visual design
 * Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design and accessibility
 * Experience presenting to stakeholders or senior leadership
 * Good communication and storytelling skills
 * Proven ability to work within and contribute to design systems
 * Proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, prototyping tools)
 * Degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design or related field
 * Comfortable working in agile squads and handling constructive feedback
