Our client is a leading CNC engineering company with over 50 years of experience, committed to delivering top-quality services and continuously evolving to meet industry demands.
Requirements:
1. Fully programme CNC machines offline using CAD/CAM (any considered) to produce parts.
2. Operate twin spindle, multi-axis turning centres with Fanuc controls, preferably using Dugard Eagle, Miyano, & Star sliding head lathes (training provided).
3. Fully set CNC machines, including installing workpieces, fixtures, and cutting tools, and establishing tool datums.
4. Select and install appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and fixtures for machining processes.
5. Understand machine parameters, speeds, feeds, and optimization techniques for efficient production.
