Responsibilities

* Manage and improve the day-to-day operations and KPIs of your store
* Optimize processes and solve problems to keep your store running smoothly
* Ensure excellent Customer Service for all shoppers
Requirements
* Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
* Strong support skills for customers and team members
* Effective communication skills for challenging conversations
* Ability to monitor and improve store KPIs
