Manage and oversee your designated kitchen section, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards.
Monitor stock levels, control waste, and take responsibility for food quality.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Take ownership of your section, mentoring junior team members and ensuring consistent quality.
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for exceptional food.
