This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a dynamic team on a hybrid working basis. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload independently while also supporting a close-knit team consisting of the Director and Head of Department, alongside a Trainee Solicitor. Job Title: Civil Litigation Solicitor Location: Saddleworth/Hybrid Working Salary: £30,000 – £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Contract Type: Full-Time Responsibilities as a Civil Litigation Solicitor: Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation and dispute resolution matters from inception to conclusion. Drafting legal documents, pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence. Conducting legal research and providing clear, practical advice to clients. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients and representing their interests effectively. Handling claims confidently and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant procedural rules and deadlines. About you as a Civil Litigation Solicitor: Qualified Solicitor with a strong Litigation law background. Proven experience handling a diverse and broad range of civil litigation and dispute resolution matters. Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Strong IT proficiency and experience using a case management system. Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
