If you’re a time-served Fabricator/Welder with supervisory experience this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands‑on leadership role within a busy marine fabrication environment.
🔎 The Role
* Supervising and leading a skilled workshop team
* Supporting shipbuilding and marine engineering projects
You’ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while driving productivity and safety on site.
✔️ What We’re Looking For
* Time-served Fabricator/Welder (SVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Proven leadership or supervisory capability
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Marine or shipbuilding experience (desirable)
* Full Driving License
* Regular overtime opportunities
* 28 days holiday (rising with service)
* Long-term stability
