The Hot Job Coordinator will be a dedicated member of the PMO team, adhering to procedures, and critical SLA's whilst focusing on the safety of our operational teams. The Hot Job Coordinator maintains the integrity of the Hot Job Process, working with the utility providers to ensure accurate safety information is recorded and available for the operational teams, coordinating and scheduling joint site meets with accredited hot Job supervisors. Working with the Validation & Escalation manager and HSEQ to ensure process is followed and fit for purpose. The Hot Job coordinator acts as the single point of contact for the validation, operational and HSEQ teams and the utility providers. Responsibilities as Hot Job Coordinator include: Interfacing with operational teams and utility providers Monitor SLA's ensuring timely release of hot jobs when safe to do so Maintain accurate records in compliance with HSEQ and Client requirements Resolve concerns. Other duties as assigned. Skills & Experience required: One-year proven experience in an Estimates Validator role A good understanding of HPP Process and the governance and control of the process Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, ability to learn various systems. Handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion. High attention to detail. Customer services skills. Technical knowledge advantageous. Conflict management and resolution skills - Build consensus, anticipate and solve problems. Ability to organize and manage multiple, and at time competing priorities. Demonstrate communication skills necessary to interpret policies in situations requiring persuasion Why work in Circet?
