Your role
1. Identify suitable benchmarkingparators by role category and geographic scope.
2. Evaluate current pay structures, allowances, and incentive schemes across all job levels using regional, national, and industry-specific data.
3. Review total reward offerings — including financial elements (salary, allowances, bonuses) and non-financial benefits (flexibility, development, wellbeing, recognition).
4. Highlight any disparities, with a particular focus on technical roles within key regional hubs such as North East and Yorkshire.
5. Rmend adjustments topensation ranges and non-financial benefits, and suggest market alignment targets by role group.
6. Identify priority roles that may require tailored reward strategies to support attraction and retention.
7. Provide guidance on implementation of the organisation’s regulatory andernance framework
Scope of Work:
8. Source and analyse market data from reputable salary surveys, benchmarking platforms, and sector-specific reports.
9. Advise on job evaluation and grading methodology to ensure both internal fairness and externalpetitiveness.
10. Develop proposed pay ranges for each role family and model the financial impact of potential changes.
11. Assess current non-financial benefits and propose enhancements to support recruitment and retention ( flexible working, relocation support, career development, wellbeing initiatives).
12. Deliver practical implementation rmendations that align with organisational policies and external regulatory expectations.
