About the Role
A leading international bank is seeking a
Financial Crime Regulatory Change VP
to join its Compliance function. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing EMEA compliance programme at a critical point of transformation.
The successful candidate will bring best practices, regulatory expertise, and insights to an evolving framework, supporting the sustainable implementation of financial crime requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and assess financial crime regulatory change.
* Map regulatory obligations to internal policies, standards, and procedures.
* Support the design and implementation of financial crime regulatory requirements across the business.
* Contribute to the development of a robust financial crime risk framework.
* Deliver complex, cross-jurisdictional, and cross-functional obligations in a dynamic and growing environment.
* Engage with senior stakeholders across the first line of defence and other control/support functions.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience assessing and implementing financial crime regulatory change, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Strong experience within financial crime risk management frameworks (e.g. policy writing, controls testing, risk assessments).
* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
