Are you an organised, proactive and detail‑driven administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? Medica is looking for a Senior Administrative Support professional to partner directly with our UK CEO and senior leadership team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting high‑profile meetings, coordinating complex schedules, and keeping actions and priorities moving across the organisation

💼 What you’ll be doing
* Managing complex diaries and coordinating high‑profile meetings & events (virtual and in‑person)
* Preparing agendas, compiling presentations and taking accurate minutes with follow‑up actions
* Coordinating UK and international travel for senior leaders
* Managing confidential email correspondence and supporting with expenses
* Providing responsive support to the UK CEO and wider leadership team
* Supporting occasional meetings in Hastings and London
