We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly motivated PMLD Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team in Stevenage. In this full-time, permanent role, you will support students with profound and multiple learning disabilities and help them achieve their full potential in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide academic and emotional support to students with SEN.
2. Assist teachers in creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
3. Work with students in one-on-one or small group settings.
4. Collaborate with SENCOs and specialists to implement learning plans.
5. Help prepare materials and resources to enhance lessons.
6. Support students during lessons, break times, and activities.
