Graduate R&D Engineer - Electronics/Software
Norfolk | £30,000 - £40,000
Motorsport. Aerospace. Advanced engineering.
Not a bad place to start your career.
Were recruiting on behalf of a specialist technology manufacturer whose products are trusted in some of the worlds most demanding engineering environments.
Theyre looking for a graduate engineer who wants more than a typical entry-level role.
Working alongside experienced engineers, youll gain exposure to software, electronics, testing and product development while helping bring new technology from concept through to customer delivery.
Youll be involved in:
• Testing and evaluating new products and technologies
• Investigating faults and solving technical problems
• Python-based test automation and data analysis
• Working with electronics, hardware and embedded systems
• Supporting product development projects across the engineering team
• Improving product performance and reliability
Theyre not looking for somebody with years of experience.
Theyre looking for somebody who enjoys solving problems, asks questions, takes things apart to understand how they work and wants to build a broad engineering skillset.
You could be graduating in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics or a similar technical discipline.
Whether your experience comes from university projects, personal projects, coding, electronics, robotics, Raspberry Pi builds or simply a genuine interest in technology, wed like to hear about it.
This role wont suit everyone. Its a full-time, site-based engineering position where youll be expected to learn, get stuck in and contribute.
For the right person, however, its a chance to work on real products, alongside experienced engineers, in an environment where youll learn quickly and develop a genuinely broad engineering skillset.
