Contract Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE)
A highly successful and specialist property law firm based in Prestwich is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor / CILEX / CLC) to join its friendly and growing team.

The Role
You will manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, delivering high levels of client care throughout.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Dealing with unregistered properties
* Managing post-completion matters
* Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
* Providing clear, practical legal advice in a client-friendly manner
* Maintaining regular client communication and updates
* Ensuring compliance with firm procedures and case management systems
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), or CILEX
* Strong experience managing files from start to finish
* Experience dealing with unregistered titles and post-completion work
* Excellent communication and client-care skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A proactive, motivated, and results-driven approach
