Join a small, friendly accountancy practice on the Wirral, providing accounting, tax, and business support to a diverse range of clients. The Role You'll support the partners and accountants with the smooth running of the practice - managing client records, communications, and general admin tasks to help deliver excellent service. Key Duties Provide admin support to the partners and accounting team Handle calls, emails, and client correspondence Maintain client records in Karbon and assist with workflow management Support preparation and submission of accounts/tax returns using TaxCalc Schedule meetings, manage diaries, and liaise with HMRC and Companies House Help with client onboarding, billing, and general office administrationAbout You Previous admin experience (accountancy or professional services ideal) IT confident - Microsoft Office, TaxCalc, or Karbon knowledge an advantage Excellent communication and organisation skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-focused attitude Professional, discreet, and reliableWhat's on Offer Supportive, close-knit team Training and development opportunities Competitive salary (based on experience) Flexible working options How to Apply Interested?
