Summary An opportunity has arisen for a Hygiene Supervisor to join the Hygiene team. Duties will include maintaing sufficient levels of stock to run the Operations Centre, including Overalls and protective clothing including orders. Chemical stock control and ordering and to ensure all Hygiene documentation is up to date and completed to the department standard. Main duties include (but not limited to): To maintain sufficient levels of stock to run the Operations Centre, including Overalls and protective clothing. To issue and receive back in, stock needed and stock returned. To raise POs after authorisation from the Hygiene Manager To maintain manual issue and manual receipt records. To report stock to the Hygiene Manager Daily/Weekly. To maintain chemical stock levels and order processing. To maintain all hygiene documentation and ensuring it is completed to standard To keep stock areas clean and tidy at all times and update labelling, as and when required. To carry out requisitions and any other purchasing, when necessary, in the absence of the Hygiene Manager or appointed person. To carry out stock takes on all PPE, consumables and chemical.To check goods against goods received notes. To carry out period end checks, as per agreed schedule. To be aware of and abide by Health & Safety Regulations and COSHH and to wear the appropriate Protective Clothing. Use the correct tools and equipment for the operation including any relevant safety equipment or protective clothing. Report any defects in equipment or protective clothing immediately. Oversee the day-to-day department cleans (changing rooms/toilets) and be a point of contact for the team. Informing the Hygiene Manager of any discrepancies (orders/paperwork) as soon as you are aware of them. Requirements, experience and person specification (bullet points) Experience in raising purchase orders Experience with stock control systems and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth and seamless delivery Experience with NAV an advantage but not essential Experience with word document an advantage but not essential Experience in stock rotation Experience with Hygiene consumables A full is available upon request.
