Job Description
🔎 Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Production team as a Material Movement Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing the movement of materials within Production in line with the production schedule, ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP standards and supporting smooth operations across manufacturing and packaging activities.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the movement of materials between warehouse and production, ensuring availability and correct storage conditions.
* Perform SAP transactions for material movements and stock checks in production storage areas.
* Check packaging components against quality standards before use.
* Manage production waste and maintain accurate records of training and SOP adherence.
* Support engineering and technical teams by ensuring materials are available for their activities.
* Conduct manual packaging operations and assist with basic packaging tasks when required.
* Carry out facility cleaning, sink and drain disinfection, and support equipment cleaning.
* Participate in quality investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and health & safety procedures at all times
