are exclusively working with a superb client of ours to bring you this hands on Service Manager position in Wakefield. This is working within a Main Dealership environment managing a busy and thriving workshop. Salary basic is generally starting at £35k with a strong OTE on top. Working hours cover Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm with Saturday work also involved.
Job Duties Include:
Successfully manage a Service team including; Technicians, Advisors, Service Reception, Drivers and Valeters
Provide excellent leadership skills and help develop all team members
Implement and deal with budgets and figures
Use forward thinking processes to motivate and drive the team forward
Requirements:
Experience within a Workshop role is essential
A proven track record of building and managing teams
Excellent Customer Service skills is a must
