We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join a busy and growing environment for our prestigious Long Crendon based client.
The ideal candidate as an adminiatration assistant will be a team player who has excellent organisational and communicative skills whilst also having strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who works with initiative and enters the office environment with a positive attitude. The job requires you to be flexible in your approach, positive and most importantly, very reliable.
Main duties and responsibilities for an administration assistant:
* Producing delivery notes & invoices from the On Order system
* Booking pallets for delivery of customer orders
* Responding to emails and telephone calls
* Scanning documents
* Filing away Sales Orders when completed at end of day
* Back support for DPD labels when required (Busy period/absence/holidays)
* Back support for Sales order processing
* Franking post (invoices) everyday
* Emailing Invoices to customers for payment
Experience
* Diploma of Higher Education
* 2 years previous experience in a similar role
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

What’s on offer:
* £14 p/h starting salary
* Working days: Mon – Thurs 08:30am – 5pm with 1 hr lunch, Early finish on Friday 08:30 – 4pm with 1hr lunch
