We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Product Manager to join our Health Services Team. The role is for an individual who thrives on autonomy and wants to take full ownership of their domain.
Responsibilities
* Own the squad and drive the definition and delivery of the strategy, roadmap, and backlog in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
* Maintain Objectives and Key Results (OKR), set priorities, and establish clear initiatives and timeframes.
* Own the digital product domain, become the subject‑matter expert, and collaborate with a diverse team to deliver customer‑centric solutions aligned with business objectives.
* Lead the squad in prioritising delivery work, unblock obstacles, craft launch plans, and ensure a high‑quality end product.
* Collaborate with business and technical leads to refine the digital roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.
* Act as the voice of the customer by identifying customer personas, their needs, and incorporating insight into shared context.
* Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, communicate progress and outcomes, and clearly articulate how the squad’s work supports company objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in digital product management, ideally in healthcare.
* Strong understanding of user‑centred design and agile methodologies.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and Amplitude.
* Experience working within an enterprise Product Operating Model.
* A data‑driven mindset with a passion for improving customer journeys.
