Finance Graduate - AAT Level 3 & Xero
Location: Holborn, London (Hybrid - 3 days per month in office during probation, then 2 per month)
Salary: £32, + performance-based bonus

We're seeking a Finance Graduate / Bookkeeper to join our supportive team and take ownership of core finance operations. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career while working in a forward-thinking, collaborative environment.

Your Role:
6. Prepare and send high-frequency invoices (mid-month and month-end) across multiple services, products, and vendors.
7. Reconcile customer payments in Xero
8. Manage direct debits, debtors, and credit control activity.
9. Process and reconcile supplier invoices, resolving queries quickly and accurately.
10. Support VAT returns in collaboration with external accountants.
11. Track and manage contract renewals.
12. Ensure accuracy of data across CRM and finance systems.
13. Assist with month-end reporting and support finance process improvements.
14. Help identify opportunities for automation and integration to streamline back-office finance procedures.
What We're Looking For:
15. AAT Level 3 qualified (minimum) - with ambition to complete Level 4.
16. Experience in a finance or accounting role.
17. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactional finance.
18. Logical, analytical, and able to think outside the box to improve processes.
19. Confident with Xero and Excel.
20. Positive, proactive, and collaborative - someone who takes ownership and works well with others.
Package:
21. £32, base salary with performance-based bonus.
