What the job involves As a Senior Estates Surveyor, you will coordinate and deliver a comprehensive Estates Management Service by managing and developing key assets, including the commercial portfolio, strategic land holdings, and development sites. You will ensure that the Councils financial returns are optimized and long-term interests safeguarded. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of assets, conducting property negotiations, managing tenant relations, and contributing to service planning and development. You will deputize for the Principal Estates Surveyor and actively participate in meetings. Providing professional advice, undertaking valuations, and ensuring compliance with regulations are also key aspects of the role.
