It focuses on improving Large Language Models’ performance on realistic, complex legal tasks—initially in corporate settings, with potential expansion into broader legal domains.
The objective is to help develop an AI legal assistant capable of:
* Providing reliable legal reasoning
* Spotting issues and applying legal rules accurately
* Handling ambiguous or conflicting laws
* Drafting and analyzing legal documents with professional rigor
Scope of Work
Selected attorneys will create high-quality legal tasks reflecting real professional workflows, including:
* Document drafting and review
* Regulatory analysis
* Case law research
* Complex, multi-step legal reasoning exercises
* Realistic office-style legal tasks (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Tasks should reflect substantive assignments that would typically require several hours of professional work without AI assistance.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking practicing attorneys with demonstrated experience producing high-quality legal work in corporate or regulatory environments.
Minimum requirements
* Active license / certified to practice law in your jurisdiction
* Experience interpreting and drafting legal documents and spotting legal issues
* Familiarity with common regulatory and business law scenarios
* Strong ability to identify risks, obligations, and one-sided provisions in contracts
* Clear, structured writing and comfort with complex, multi-step analysis
Ideal experience
* Corporate law, employment, compliance, regulatory, securities, or general counsel backgrounds
* Experience reviewing or drafting high-stakes business agreements
* Prior exposure to legal operations, office workflows, or document-heavy practice areas
* Comfort using productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for legal work
Timeline and Commitment
Project Bixbite is ongoing with no anticipated end date.
* Once accepted, participants are expected to submit initial work within 7 days.
* Monthly submission goals are set for each interface.
* Submissions will be reviewed for quality before moving candidates to the main contributor pool.
Compensation
You’ll be compensated $100/hour for approved submissions.
