Job Description
1. Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning to completion.
2. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and financial goals.
3. Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
4. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
6. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
7. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
8. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize project outcomes.
