As Service Manager forIntegrated Care (Service Improvement), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving this significant change agenda, ensuring our services consistently deliver the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
Main duties of the job
Strategic change leader – lead the design and implementation of integrated-care pathways that connect 999, 111, urgent community response, Out-of-Hours and scheduled care services, working hand-in-hand with key stakeholders.
Service-improvement specialist – use proven improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Model for Improvement, PDSA) to analyse performance, remove waste, and embed a culture of continuous learning.
Operational accountability – manage day-to-day delivery of integrated-care services across multiple sites, meeting nationally agreed KPIs for clinical safety, patient experience, flow and efficiency.
People-centred leadership – provide visible, compassionate line-management to a team, fostering multidisciplinary teamwork and staff wellbeing.
Innovation & digital enablement – champion new technologies and novel models of care to expand access and improve outcomes

Experience
* Senior management experience in remote clinical decision-making healthcare delivery, with a focus on emergency and/or urgent care.
* Experience delivering service improvement plans to include delegated financial and resource accountability
* Proven ability to translate tactical and strategic plans into operational delivery // Experience in workforce planning
Skills and Attributes
* Awareness and understanding of the Trust’s purpose and values and of the key objectives set out in the IMTP
* Proven track record in delivering operational change.
* Ability to work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines.

Qualifications and Knowledge
* Masters level qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience working at a senior level in a service delivery environment
* Leadership and/or Management Qualification Level 4 or equivalent.
* Evidence of professional development/leadership development
* Full UK driving licence.
* Registered Healthcare Professional
