Our young people here may have experienced adverse childhood experiences and so the aim of the service is to provide them with a stable comfortable home. As such, they will receive high levels of support and guidance to keep them safe as well as guidance to enable them to learn new skills to help with a successful transition to independence and adulthood.
We are looking for passionate Residential Support Workers to join one of our homes in Poole on a casual basis, covering shifts within the business as and when needed. This amazing opportunity will also allow you flexibility to work the hours you can commit to with no contractual obligation.
