Requirements
Our ideal candidate possesses outstanding team management skills, experience in a similar property/market, strong knowledge of HR practices and a good financial acumen. At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position is required along with knowledge of rooms management and food and beverage operations.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team to achieve performance and operational targets. This is a small team and therefore a hands‑on approach to operations is essential.
Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory reference checking including consent to a DBS check.
Relocation to the area is required.

Duties
1. Planning and implementing longer term strategies to enhance the service offered and potential for the Business.
2. Communicate to the Company on a regular basis on the performance of the business successes, highlighting, potential risks and taking action accordingly.
3. Ensure control of all costs throughout each department, encouraging correct stock ordering and minimising waste.
4. Manage, encourage and develop all employees to ensure they consistently achieve the highest hospitality standards.
5. Ensure the Company Health and Safety, Food Safety, Fire Safety and COSHH legislation is adhered to.
6. Deal with employee relations issues professionally and legally.
7. Coordinate action for selling initiatives in each area of the business and monitor effectiveness.
