Our RoleWe are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team with the opportunity to work across our Pipe Spinning facility and Wet Cast (precast) manufacturing.• Monday to Friday – Full Time• Hornby LocationThis is a permanent role where you be responsible overseeing day-to-day activities of the pipe plant operations on site. The ideal candidate for this role will ensure required standards of quality (QMS), quantity (conformance to plan) and cost effectiveness are met, by supervising staff and ensuring plant & equipment is available and maintained in sound working order. What You Will Bring
5. Higher Qualification in Manufacturing Processes advantageous. Concrete/Construction certificate advantageous.
6. Be proven in people management and have an ability to motivate and lead a team, as well as set high expectations of themselves and others.
7. You will preferably have gained experience within the infrastructure industry or have a manufacturing background and be familiar with our various specialist markets.
8. Prior experience and a proven understanding of core manufacturing processes, quality control, and leading production staff is desirable.
9. Be a champion for best health and safety practices, driving for a zero-harm result within your team.
10. Strong communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to liaise well with stakeholders at all levels.
11. Proficient computer literacy skills - MS Office and relevant software.
