Be the spark that keeps our warehouse humming – your expertise in electrical equipment can light up our operations.
This role is responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, investigation, examination and conditioning of Telecommunication and Optical equipment and associated sub-assemblies. Using approved data to maintain the stock.
How you create impact
Fantastic working environment along with great hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
1. Use your skills to maintain items or equipment ranging from batteries to radio systems.
2. Establish and understanding of Risk Assessments and Risk Controls including understanding how to identify risks.
3. Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the
workplace.
4. Actively participate and input into WIs/SOPs and process confirmations, assisting with the identification of necessary amendments, updates and rewrites as required
5. Ensure you work within current approved data, policies, processes, procedures and management guidance.
6. Work with others to ensure required outcomes are achieved
What we would like you to bring
7. Level 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification/Apprenticeship or equivalent.
8. Inventory management system experience - desirable
9. Ability to understand and work with approved data
10. Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
11. Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate.
12. Drive, determination, and a track record in delivering continuous improvement.
13. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Good Communicator along with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
