Senior Administrative Officers - Manchester
As a Senior Admin Officer, you’ll work as part of a large, multi-skilled team delivering vital administrative support across various business areas. You could work in departments such as HR, Finance, Records Management, or Information Management. Your daily responsibilities will include collating information, managing databases, conducting research, and supporting projects. You may need to write reports based on your findings to aid decision-making. Additional duties may involve arranging meetings, managing diaries, and organizing travel.
Flexible working options are supported, including full-time, part-time, compressed hours, flexible hours, and job sharing, depending on business needs. Due to the nature of this role, remote or homeworking is not available.
What we are looking for
You should possess strong administrative, organizational, and prioritization skills, along with excellent written and oral communication abilities and team collaboration. Attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to manage others are essential. A flexible, self-motivated approach is also required.
Applicants need a minimum of two GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English Language at grades A*-C/9-4, and at least 12 months of continuous experience in an administrative role.
