Hardware Engineer

What will you be doing?
You'll be responsible for overseeing all allocated aspects of hardware and system design, from contract award to handover
You'll define, design and recommend hardware systems / solutions focused on PLC based control panels but including cabling, MCCs, Drives & Controls, Switchgear and related EC & I equipment within the Nuclear sector.
You'll create specifications and support design reviews
You'll prepare technical and contract documentation for issue and analysis of returned tenders
You'll support the hardware build, test and commissioning.
Where will you be doing it?
Our client is privately owned System Integrator whose team of engineers is at the heart of everything they do. They have direct experience of working on control and functional safety system projects across the nuclear industry.
What will you need?
You'll need at least 2 years of hardware development experience in a project environment with a proven track record of delivering successful systems
