Reloved is a curated luxury pre-loved fashion brand specialising in beautiful eveningwear and accessories. We are looking for a detail-oriented and design-focused Marketing & Website Assistant to support and enhance our online presence.

The Role
This role will focus primarily on website design, optimisation and updates via Shopify, alongside social media support.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing and improving the website design and user experience on Shopify
* Uploading new products with accurate descriptions, sizing and imagery
* Editing and refining product pages and collections
* Ensuring the website remains visually aligned with a luxury brand aesthetic
* Updating homepage banners, featured collections and seasonal edits
* Maintaining site organisation, navigation and overall presentation
* Supporting social media content creation where needed
You will work closely with the founder to continuously elevate the brand's digital presence and customer journey.

Who We're Looking For:
Strong experience using Shopify (essential)
Good eye for layout, branding and luxury presentation
Detail-oriented and organised
Basic understanding of branding and customer experience
Confident with imagery, formatting and clean design
Must be able to work in person in Fulham
Experience in fashion or e-commerce is a strong advantage
