Role Overview
University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) is seeking to appoint a Locum Consultant Medical Oncologist for a 6‑month fixed‑term post to join our nationally and internationally recognised oncology service. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred cancer care within Uro‑Oncology.
Responsibilities
* Manage patients with urological malignancies including prostate, bladder, renal and testicular cancers.
* Actively participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, outpatient clinics and inpatient care as required.
* Deliver consultant‑level medical oncology care for urological malignancies, primarily based at the Macmillan Cancer Centre, with close integration with the surgical service at University College Hospital at Westmoreland Street.
* Contribute to service development, research and innovation within a multidisciplinary, team‑based model.
* Average 7 Programmed Activities per week, undertaken on site at UCLH, and participate in the on‑call rota.

* Clinically excellent, collaborative consultant with strong communication skills.
* Interest in clinical trials and service improvement within a leading academic cancer centre.
