As Product Management Lead, you will take ownership of our product portfolio — from concept through to launch and beyond. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution, ensuring that every product meets customer needs, aligns with market opportunities, and contributes to the long-term success of the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Product Portfolio Management – Oversee the full lifecycle of products, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer demand.
* Market Insight & Analysis – Identify gaps, opportunities, and trends through research and data-driven insight.
* Strategic Planning – Develop 2–5 year category strategies and product roadmaps that fuel business growth.
* Product Development & Launch – Lead cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market successfully.
* Customer Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients, always keeping customer needs at the heart of decisions.
* Performance & Reporting – Define and track KPIs, regularly reporting on product performance and market impact.
* Team Leadership – Mentor, guide, and inspire a team of product managers and graduates, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and collaboration.
