A truly independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in the Bradford area is looking to appoint a Partner. The firm prides itself on delivering high-quality, hands‑on support to a diverse portfolio of owner‑managed business clients across Yorkshire and beyond.
As Partner, you will take ownership of an existing client portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of accounting, tax, and business strategy. You will be part of a collaborative leadership team that values integrity, professionalism, and client service above all else.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for managing and developing a portfolio of OMB clients
* Provide proactive advice on accounting, tax, and commercial matters
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted business partner
* Oversee compliance and ensure technical excellence across client deliverables
* Support and mentor team members, contributing to the firm's continued growth and reputation
* Play an active role in practice development, business planning, and client acquisition
About You
* ACA or ACCA qualified with a strong background in general practice
* Experience with owner‑managed businesses essential
* Audit experience beneficial but not required
* Strong technical knowledge with a commercial mindset
