Internship Focus: Exploring General Business & Beyond
Update, organize, and improve Matlab software to track the acoustic spectrum of moving targets. The software operates similarly to active contours used in image processing applications. Process unclassified data with the updated software.

About the ARL-RAP Summer Student Experience (SSE)
The DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory (ARL) Research Associateship Program (RAP) Summer Student Experience (SSE) is an educational program that allows undergraduate through PhD students and recent bachelor’s and master’s degree graduates to participate in a paid research experience at a Department of Defense laboratory during the summer. Participants are paired with scientists and engineers at ARL working on high-priority research efforts that support the Army’s future operational needs. The program covers broad research areas supported by 11 research competencies, with opportunities for both specific and general research projects.

The ARL-RAP aims to increase involvement of talented scientists and engineers from academia and industry in relevant scientific and technical research.
