Operations Finance Manager
Alexander Steele is supporting a leading manufacturing business in Buckinghamshire to appoint an experience Operations Finance Manager. The role holder will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and inventory management, while also evaluating capital projects and providing high-level analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
* Lead financial planning and analysis for operations and supply chain, developing robust models to guide strategic decision-making.
* Support the CFO in evaluating financial impact of operational strategies (capacity planning, outsourcing, automation).
* Built and evaluated financial models to assess capital investment feasibility, ROI, and long-term business impact.
* Oversee inventory accounting, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.
* Prepare and manage financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
* Support budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis and reporting.
Background Experience:
* Fully qualified accountant CIMA or ACCA
* 5 years of accounting experience, in a manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
