SALT is supporting a global consumer goods business undergoing a major Social‑First transformation across its European Personal Care division.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This contract role leads insights and measurement for Social‑First marketing across six key European markets. It exists to ensure unified performance frameworks, smarter decision‑making, and strong commercial accountability during and after the rollout of new measurement systems. The role partners closely with marketing, media, analytics, CDIO, and agency teams.
KEY CONTRACT DETAILS
* 9‑month contract, Outside IR35
* Hybrid working in United Kingdom
* £375 - £400 per day
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Deliver ongoing campaign, channel and audience‑level performance analysis using dashboards, platform data, econometrics and social listening tools.
* Provide clear optimisation recommendations to improve media effectiveness and support in‑flight decision‑making.
* Own and govern the Navigator measurement system once live, ensuring consistent usage and high‑quality interpretation across markets.
* Lead interpretation of Rapid ROI outputs and embed incrementality learnings into planning and investment decisions.
* Build and maintain social listening dashboards, alerts and diagnostic reporting to inform cultural, competitive and content insights.
* Drive ROI‑focused optimisation, identifying underperforming areas and recommending corrective actions across six key markets.
ABOUT YOU
* Strong experience in marketing measurement, analytics or econometrics.
* Skilled in social listening tools and performance diagnostics.
* Experience interpreting MMM, ROI modelling or similar measurement frameworks.
* High data literacy with the ability to translate complex signals into clear commercial narratives.
* Confident working cross‑functionally with marketing, media, data and agency stakeholders.
